Meet Your Artist

Hi, I'm Hannah! Owner of Simply Sherwood Artistry. I have been working as a licensed cosmetologist in the makeup industry for 10+ years at elite Northern Michigan spas. I became certified in airbrush makeup applications back in 2013. I have always had a love for art in all forms. Makeup and airbrushing in particular, give me artistic freedom to create! I now work full time as a freelance makeup artist specializing in bridal looks.

 

My passion in the cosmetic industry lies particularly in skincare and cosmeceutical products. I have done extensive research on the brands of products that represent my work, and I only use products that are natural, yet effective and long lasting. I would never put anything on a client's skin that I wouldn't use on myself or my own children. I firmly believe that with skin being our largest bodily organ, absorption plays a major role in our overall health and wellbeing.
